Some Members of the
LEA Board and Executive Management on Friday 19th
October, 2007 became witnesses to an occasion
wherein one of the three completed Electricity
Access Pilot Project (EAPPs) was officially
inaugurated by the Minister of Natural
Resources, Mr. Monyane Moleleki, at Ha Sekake in
Qacha’s Nek.
