Governance

The formal decision-making powers of the LEA rest with the Board. The Board Members are supported by the Chief Executive and his staff to conduct the in-depth analysis and evaluation required to establish a detailed regulatory framework of regulations, licences, consents, codes etc, together with the underlying policies and principles that govern how the regulated electricity sector operates.

The Authority has five departments, namely the Technical, Economics, Legal, Customer Affairs and Finance and Administration (F&A).
