PUBLIC CONSULTATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 24(6) OF THE LESOTHO ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY ACT OF 2002

Lesotho Electricity Authority (LEA) wishes to inform the general public that Lesotho Electricity Company (LEC) (Pty) Ltd, a holder of a Composite (Transmission, Distribution and Supply Businesses) Licence issued in terms of Section 50 of the LEA Act 2002 (the Act), has filed an application for the adjustment  of tariffs, in line with Section 24 (3) of the Act.

 By this notice, the general public is informed and further invited to make and forward their comments and inputs on the application for consideration before LEA makes a final determination. Those who wish to present their views before the Board are requested to do in writing.
